Bidding Content:Scope of Bidding (1) Two granulation production lines for comprehensive preparation workshop and one 1200L capsule line (including fabrication of all pipelines) comprising wet type granulator, high-flow spraying system, wet straightening granulator, fluid bed, dry straightening granulator, lifter, rotary discharge valve (if applicable), installation and commissioning services; one 600L flexible line (including fabrication of all pipelines) comprising wet granulator, high-flow spraying system, wet straightening granulator, fluid bed, peristaltic pump liquid spraying system, dry straightening granulator, ultra-low platform scale with a lift-up function, lifter, installation and commissioning services; (2) One 150L pilot-scale wet granulation line for the R&D center (including fabrication of all pipelines) comprising wet granulator, high-flow spraying system, wet straightening granulator, fluid bed, peristaltic pump liquid spraying system, dry straightening granulator, ultra-low platform scale with a lift-up function, installation and commissioning services; (3) One laboratory-scale wet granulator for the R&D center (including fabrication of all pipelines) and its corresponding installation and commissioning services; (4) One laboratory-scale fluid bed for the R&D center (including fabrication of all pipelines) and its corresponding installation and commissioning services. The applicant shall be responsible for equipment manufacturing within the project scope, transportation of the equipment to the tenderee's site, site unloading, handling, hoisting, public utility docking work, installation, commissioning and supporting training services, as detailed in Chapter IV Technical Specifications of the Prequalification Documents.
