3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder is a legal person or an independent organization (For bidder within the People's Republic of China, provide a copy of the business license; For overseas bidder, provide the copy of the official enterprise registration certificate of the country or region where it is located);
2)The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bidding product or the manufacturer's valid authorized legal agency and must provide the copy of the manufacturer's authorization or certificate of proxy (except for the bidder who is the manufacturer) and the copy of the legal and valid warranty and maintenance commitment letter signed by the manufacturer or the authorized general agency in China;
3)Provide the original or the copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank of the basic account of the bidder within three months before the bid opening date;
