3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must have completed the valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce for international bidding and tendering activities of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the Mechanical and Electrical Products Bidding and Tendering Electronic Trading Platform, with the website address: m.pcram.com.cn) before the bid submission deadline.
