Overview:This project is an international tender for the construction of a digital production line for key core components - the constructionmedium-sized horizontal machining center RGV production line. It is mainly used for the full-process machining of high-precision alloy steel, stainless steel, and cast steel parts such as cylindeks and valve bodies. It consists of two 4-axis horizontal machining centers (table size: ≥1250mm×1600mm), one 5-axis horizontal maching center (table size: ≥1250mm×1600mm), and one 4-axis horizontal machining center (with rotary table function, radial troke ≥70mm, capable of linkage machining, table size: ≥1250×1600mm), along with a flexible production line equipped with a multi-pallet system,g the medium-sized horizontal machining center RGV production line.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidders must provide a valid business license. For the products being bid on, which fall into one of the following categories: Category I: Povide the "Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Device" and the "Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Device Production" of the products being bid on. Category II: Provide Certificate for Class II Medical Device Operation" (except for bidders who are manufacturers), and provide the "Medical Device Production License" (except for imported equipment) and the "MeRegistration Certificate" of the products being bid on. Category III: Provide the "License for Medical Device Operation" (except for bidders who are manufacturers), and provide the "Mee Production License" (except for imported equipment) and the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" of the products being bid on. Provide copies of certificates corresponding to the applicable category. Ife product is not a medical device, no documents are required.
The tendered products provided by the bidder must be accompanied by proof of legal source. If the tendered products are imported producf the bidder is not the manufacturer and the party authorized in the Letter of Authorization is the bidder, the bidder shall provide a Letter of Authorization issued by the manufacturer of the imported ipment; ② If the bidder is not the manufacturer and the party authorized in the Letter of Authorization is not the bidder, the bidder shall provide a Letter of Authorization issued by the manufacturer of the importd equipment, and provide supporting documents issued by the corresponding authorized party (such as product distribution agreements, regional agency certificates, regional agency authorizations, etc.). If the tendered products are domesticaced products, the bidder shall provide proof of the source of the tendered products (such as sales contracts, agency contracts, etc.).
Performance Requirements: None.
Bidders shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided in the bid and shall make ommitment to their authenticity. (The format is to be drafted by the bidder and sealed with the bidder's official seal).
Bidders must register on the China International Tendeng Network (or Bidding Network) and the Heilongjiang Public Resources Trading Platform, and provide screenshots of the login in the bid documents.
Legal persons, other orizations, or individuals having a conflict of interest with the tenderer that may affect the fairness of the procurement shall not participate in the bidding; different units with the same person in charge controlling or management relationship shall not participate in the bidding for the same package or the same project without divided packages at the same time; the parent company and subsidiaries within a group compa participate in the bidding for the same package or the same project without divided packages at the same time; when subsidiaries with independent legal person status of the same company participate in theding for the same package or the same project without divided packages, the number shall not exceed two (based on the order of registration).
